I’d like to explain an issue I’ve had with spicy jackpots casino.

2 weeks ago I won some money during free spins on a slot game and then went to my account to withdraw the money.
I received a confirmation email from them to say they received my withdrawal request with the details of my withdrawal, it stated up to 4 business days and on their website states up to 48 hours to process withdrawals.

After a week I still had not received my money so made contact to which they assured me that they are carrying out checks, and the withdrawal will be processed. It’s now been 2 weeks and still nothing, my withdrawal is still pending when I look into my spicy jackpots account.

I made further contact and they again assured me that they are carrying out a thorough review and that they will provide me with updates, which they haven’t.

At this point I don’t feel I’m going to see the money I won as they appear to not be doing anything to make sure I receive my winnings.

I found gamblers connect when investigating spicy jackpots online, I realized I may have been mistaken to use their casino but I thought I’d turn to you for help.
