The Asociación de Loterías, Casinos y Quinielas Estatales Argentinas (ALEA), in collaboration with the Instituto Provincial de Juegos y Casinos de Mendoza (IPJyC), has officially scheduled its 75th Ordinary Assembly.
This landmark event is set to take place from April 21st to 24th, 2026, at the Hilton Mendoza, serving as a critical convergence point for the most influential regulatory authorities and gaming industry leaders in Argentina.
Global Trends and Sustainable Regulation
A central highlight of the assembly will be the International Workshop titled: “Global perspectives and challenges of legal gaming: emerging trends from a regulatory and sustainable point of view.” Scheduled for April 22nd in the Gran Salon del Sol, the workshop aims to foster high-level dialogue on how the industry can navigate rapid technological and social changes while maintaining the integrity of the legal market.
A Comprehensive Agenda for a Changing Industry
ALEA has designed a program that addresses the most pressing issues facing modern regulators, including:
- Illegal Digital Ecosystems: Strategies to combat the growth of unauthorized online gaming.
- “Borderline Products”: Addressing the rise of sweepstakes and tokenized economies that challenge traditional definitions of gambling.
- Predictive Markets: Analyzing the potential impact of these emerging platforms on the traditional industry.
- AI and Social Media: The convergence of artificial intelligence and new audience dynamics in marketing and operations.
- Sustainability: Implementing robust prevention strategies to protect vulnerable groups in complex digital environments.
Participation and Collaborative Governance
The event is structured to encourage broad participation from both public and private entities. Registration fees are set at ARS 200,000 for ALEA members and ARS 350,000 for non-members, with special offers for organizational passes. By bringing together a diverse array of experts, the 75th Ordinary Assembly of ALEA is poised to play a decisive role in shaping the regulatory and sustainable future of gaming across Argentina and the wider South American region.
