Indigo Magic

Malta B2B online slots studio founded in 2022, a Bragg Gaming Group studio licensed across major European markets.

About Indigo Magic

Indigo Magic is a B2B online slots studio and a content studio within Bragg Gaming Group. It was founded in 2022 and is based in Malta, set up as a Bragg subsidiary with the veteran game designer Deane Hendricks leading its creative direction. Like the other studios in the Bragg stable, it develops content that reaches operators through the group rather than through deals it negotiates alone, which means its commercial scale and regulatory cover come from being part of a larger listed content and technology business. The studio is one of several Bragg has launched to grow its own proprietary content alongside the third party studios it also distributes through its platform.

A Bragg Studio

Indigo Magic sits under Bragg Gaming Group, which traces its corporate roots to a Toronto company that rebranded to Bragg in 2018 and is now a listed content and technology group. Operating inside Bragg gives Indigo Magic access to the group's distribution and to the regulated markets where Bragg already holds licences. The studio has built its catalogue at a steady release pace since 2022, contributing proprietary content to the group's wider library rather than standing alone as an independent supplier in the market.

Markets and Licences

Through Bragg, Indigo Magic has secured a presence in major European regulated markets, with gaming licences across Malta, the United Kingdom, Greece, Sweden and Romania, among others. Its licences include the MGA and the UK Gambling Commission, and its content is certified by the testing laboratories Bragg works with as part of supplying those markets. As with the group's other studios, the licensing and certification are held and managed at the Bragg level rather than by Indigo Magic as a separate licensee.

Distribution Through Bragg

Indigo Magic reaches operators through Bragg's distribution network and its remote game server, the same infrastructure that carries the group's other studios. Rather than building its own integrations, it relies on Bragg's existing operator connections to place its content in the markets the group covers. That arrangement gives a young studio immediate access to a wide operator base, with the commercial and technical delivery handled by the parent while the studio concentrates on producing content. For operators already integrated with Bragg, adding Indigo Magic content is largely a commercial step rather than a fresh technical build, one of the advantages the group structure is meant to deliver.
