A major network of offshore gambling operators targeting the United Kingdom has quietly dissolved its primary holding companies, a move revealed by industry insiders.
The Georgia-based group, which oversees prominent “non-Gamstop” brands including MyStake, GoldenBet, Rolletto, and DonBet, finalized the dissolution of its Curaçao-registered entities, Santeda International B.V. and GTW B.V., last week.
Scrutiny Over £3 Billion in Unregulated Wagers
The sudden corporate closure follows a year of heavy investigation into the group’s activities. Estimates suggest that British bettors wagered more than £3 billion with these offshore brands in 2025 alone.
These operators have long drawn criticism for utilizing “not-on-Gamstop” marketing strategies, specifically designed to target individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from licensed UK gambling platforms.
Unlike UKGC-authorized sites, these offshore platforms operate without mandatory player protections, including spending limits or rigorous identity verification.
Ownership Shifts and the Upcoming GAMRS Report
In a move described by experts as a tactic to mask true ownership, corporate records now show that the professional services provider IGA Group has stepped down from its directorship roles. In its place, an individual named Xianbo Wei is now listed.
Jordan Lea, Chief of GAMRS, provided insight into this transition:
“When companies close in Curaçao, a low visibility director is placed on the company… often to mask true ownership.”
This corporate maneuvering comes as the industry awaits a comprehensive GAMRS report on the network’s operations. The publication was recently delayed following a legal challenge from the law firm Carter-Ruck but is now expected to be released later this week.
The report is anticipated to provide further clarity on how the group shifted operations between various licenses earlier this year to evade regulatory detection.
