Kaizen Gaming, the global GameTech leader behind the Betano brand, has announced the acquisition of GameplAI, a specialist in AI-driven sports trading and analytics.
The move is designed to integrate sophisticated machine learning tools directly into Kaizen’s proprietary platform, enhancing its global sportsbook experience for over 13 million customers.
Amplifying the Betano Experience
With the acquisition now complete, the integration of GameplAI’s technology will focus on accelerating automation and refining risk management tools. Specifically, Kaizen will utilize GameplAI’s expertise in micromarkets, player props, and in-game parlays to provide more accurate, real-time pricing and a broader range of betting options.
Christos Tzalavras, Chief Product Officer at Kaizen Gaming, emphasized the importance of technical and cultural synergy:
“This acquisition reflects our long-term commitment to investing in technology and talent that enhances our core sportsbook capabilities. GameplAI brings deep expertise in AI-driven trading and analytics, and we are excited to integrate their proprietary technology into our ecosystem. What stood out to us throughout this process was the strong cultural alignment between our teams, a shared focus on innovation, execution, and performance”.
Continuity and Global Ambition
GameplAI, Co-Founded by Nikos Volakis and Graham Savage, will retain its B2B operations, continuing to serve existing and future external partners. The founders and the original team will remain in place to support the next phase of growth under Kaizen’s ownership.
Graham Savage commented on the partnership:
“We are thrilled to become part of Kaizen Gaming, a company that truly understands the transformative potential of AI-driven trading. This partnership allows us to further elevate our technology, expand our impact, and continue delivering with the same commitment and agility that define GameplAI”.
