
B2B iLottery and digital content powerhouse Aristocrat Interactive has officially signed an expanded distribution agreement with prominent operator ZEAL.
The multi-year contract authorizes the supplier to deploy its specialized NeoGames Studio games portfolio across all 16 regulated German states through LOTTO24, ZEAL’s flagship consumer brand. The development marks Aristocrat Interactive’s 19th major B2B deployment across the European continent, significantly densifying its market share in the region.
Unlocking Premium Content for the German Market
Building upon a highly successful, three-year corporate relationship, this latest deal evolves far beyond the existing Aristocrat Interactive content library currently delivered to the operator. The expansion introduces NeoGames Studio’s premium, high-performing digital games portfolio to German players at a national scale for the first time.
NeoGames Studio brings more than 20 years of technical development experience creating engaging, compliant iLottery and e-Instant content explicitly engineered to support responsible gaming and player-protection standards.
Now advancing through its third year as a core business vertical within Aristocrat Interactive’s specialized iLottery division, the studio offers a vast catalog of over 200 certified titles to commercial networks and state lotteries globally. Under the terms of the updated contract, ZEAL plans to launch approximately 10 to 12 new games annually from the NeoGames Studio pipeline.
Technical integration is tracking rapidly ahead of schedule following the March signing, with the public launch expected to go live across Germany in late 2026.
