Win Systems has reached a new milestone in its Latin American expansion by implementing its Wigos casino management system (CMS) at Casino City Center Rosario in Argentina.
The deployment, announced on May 4, 2026, connects more than 2,500 slot machines, allowing them to operate and report in real-time.
According to Win Systems, the Wigos rollout is designed to centralize operational management across all gaming and customer-facing functions. The system utilizes modular components that cover everything from slots and tables to player management, promotions, and payment processing. This installation provides the operator with a single real-time view to support more effective oversight and data-driven decision-making.
The project introduces several high-tech functionalities to the venue, including:
- Player Tracking: Advanced identification and management for venue visitors.
- Fun Plays: Activation of specialized engagement features for casino patrons.
- Win Pay: A QR-based cashless payment option that allows players to load credit directly to a gaming machine from a bank account or electronic wallet.
Francisco de Moya, CEO of Halkkon Capital Partners, noted that the launch is a vital step in the technological evolution of the casino’s operations, aimed at optimizing management and enhancing the customer experience. Eric Benchimol, CEO of Win Systems, added that the deployment illustrates how their technology adapts to large-scale operations.
Darío Zutel, Executive Chairman of Win Systems, reinforced that this project is part of a broader growth strategy in the region to support operators with future-ready, scalable technology.
