In a milestone achievement for its global growth strategy, Vivid Gaming has announced it has been granted a Critical Gaming B2B license by the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA).
Effective as of March 12, 2026, this license represents a significant regulatory hurdle cleared, allowing the company to significantly scale its operations across the world’s most lucrative regulated iGaming jurisdictions.
The MGA has granted the license for a comprehensive ten-year term. This long-term authorization covers remote casino activities, empowering Vivid Gaming to supply its full suite of certified gaming content directly to licensed operators and major aggregator partners. By securing this “gold standard” of gaming certifications, Vivid is now positioned to enter a wide array of new markets with the trust and backing of one of the world’s most respected regulators.
Post-ICE 2026 Commercial Momentum
The acquisition of the MGA license follows a highly successful showing at ICE 2026, where Vivid Gaming reported exceptionally strong interest from international operators and aggregators. With the regulatory framework now firmly in place, the company intends to move rapidly to accelerate technical integrations and fast-track its commercial rollouts across Europe and beyond.
Vivid’s roadmap for the remainder of 2026 is highly ambitious. The company has confirmed its participation in upcoming major industry events, including SBC Malta and SBC Lisbon. These platforms will be utilized to further strengthen existing partnerships, forge new commercial ties, and showcase the company’s latest certified content to the global market.
A Focus on Scalable Distribution
The new MGA license is expected to act as a catalyst for faster distribution. Vivid Gaming is focusing its efforts on making its diverse portfolio of games widely available across the world’s top-tier operator networks.
Karl Hsu, CEO of Vivid Gaming, expressed his enthusiasm for the new phase of the company:
“We are pleased to receive our MGA B2B licence. With regulatory approval now in place, we can scale more quickly with operators and aggregators and bring our certified titles to players across regulated markets.”
As part of its immediate next steps, Vivid will focus on expediting integrations with platform partners, announcing specific new regulated-market rollouts, and continuing the rigorous certification work required for additional global jurisdictions.
