Stake Secures Buenos Aires Province Operating License in Latin American Expansion Push

High-velocity sports betting and entertainment platform Stake has officially finalized its market entry into the province of Buenos Aires, Argentina.

The commercial rollout represents the latest strategic milestone in the Easygo-backed brand’s ongoing expansion across the Latin American interactive gaming sector.

Targeting High-Velocity Sportsbook and Casino Growth

The operator went live following the formal granting of an online gaming license by the Provincial Institute of Lottery and Casinos (IPLyC). Easygo corporate leadership publicized the launch via a formal digital announcement, noting that the brand’s world-class sportsbook and online casino app are now available to players native to one of the most passionate and dedicated sporting cultures globally.

The tactical entry in Buenos Aires is specifically timed to capture a larger share of regional registration volume and user engagement ahead of the upcoming summer football tournaments. Stake has consistently built up significant momentum across Latin America over recent years. The brand completed a successful entry into Mexico at the beginning of May 2026, building upon its pre-existing market share and localized user bases within Brazil, Colombia, and Peru.

Concurrently, the brand has advanced its footprint across the European continent, securing a five-year online casino and sports betting license from the Danish Gambling Authority earlier this year following its successful corporate acquisition of MocinoPlay, the operator of VinderPlay. Conversely, Stake has terminated its operations in the United Kingdom, following a regulatory investigation by the UK Gambling Commission that led to its white-label partner, TGP Europe, surrendering its license.
