Automated marketing platform provider Optimove has reduced its global workforce by approximately 10% as part of a sweeping corporate strategy to transform into an AI first business.

The strategic realignment was officially confirmed via a public update released by corporate leadership, signaling a structural transition across CRM software development sectors.
The internal workforce reductions affect multiple business divisions as the enterprise adjusts to a changing technological landscape for enterprise software providers. Despite executing the staff cuts, corporate communications emphasized that the platform remains financially stable, continuing to record commercial growth while servicing a roster of tier one international gaming and retail brands.
Moving forward, the company intends to invest heavily in specialized artificial intelligence development tools, internal training programs, and operational automation systems to optimize the efficiency of its remaining client success teams.
Pini Yakuel, Founder and CEO of Optimove, explained that succeeding in the modern software landscape requires organizations to completely re-engineer their internal management models:
