InFocus Group (IFG) has reached a pivotal milestone in its technological expansion with the completion of Codexa, its proprietary sweepstakes casino platform.
Now entering its final phase of testing, the platform is scheduled for a global technical preview in the coming weeks, signaling InFocus’ aggressive entry into the lucrative US sweepstakes market.
Technical Sophistication and Personalization
Codexa is engineered as a cloud-native, institutional-grade solution capable of supporting massive levels of concurrent users. The architecture integrates a proprietary random number generation (RNG) engine, blockchain-verified fairness, and AI-driven personalization to tailor the player experience in real-time.
The platform is designed for dual-track commercialization:
- White-Label Licensing: Providing third-party operators with a “turnkey” solution to enter the market without heavy infrastructure investment.
- Strategic Asset Sale: A potential outright divestment of the Codexa unit to a strategic acquirer, reflecting the high demand for fully developed iGaming assets.
Capitalizing on a US$3.4 Billion Market
The strategy is underpinned by the explosive growth of the US sweepstakes sector, which generated US$3.4 billion in net revenue in 2024. Unlike traditional online gambling, sweepstakes operate under a distinct legal framework, allowing for broader accessibility across various states.
InFocus Group CEO Ken Tovich emphasized the significance of the launch:
“We have built a technically capable, scalable platform from the ground up, drawing on the company’s established expertise across software development, data analytics, and fintech… Codexa is well-positioned to meet the needs of operators in that market”.
