Blokotech, a prominent innovator in iGaming software solutions, has successfully launched the inaugural leg of the Bloko Padel Tour 2026.
Coinciding with the major SAGSE Buenos Aires conference, the event brought together high-level industry executives, operators, and affiliates for a unique day of competitive sport and high-value networking that extended well beyond the traditional exhibition floor.
The tournament featured an intense afternoon of matches held in the heart of the Argentine capital, a city where padel holds deep cultural roots.
After a series of thrilling battles, the Advanced Tournament saw Andrés Troelsen of EGT Digital and Blokotech’s own Nico Castearena crowned as champions. In the Beginners Tournament, the duo of Adrian Caseres and Roman Bogoduhov from Endorphina emerged victorious, setting a high standard for the upcoming stages of the tour.
A Four-Stage Global Strategy
Delivered in strategic partnership with SiGMA, the Bloko Padel Tour is designed as a four-stage international circuit that follows the global iGaming calendar. The Buenos Aires opener served as the foundation for a series that will travel to:
- Malta: 28 April 2026 (during Med-Connect: Spring Edition iGathering)
- Miami: 9 June 2026 (aligned with major US industry events)
- Rome: The Grand Finale on 2 November 2026 (during SiGMA World)
The tour introduces a sophisticated ranking-based qualification system. Players earn points at each leg based on participation and performance, with the highest-ranked pairs securing a spot in the prestigious Rome finale. The stakes for the Grand Finale are exceptionally high, with first-place winners in the Advanced category set to receive luxury Omega Speedmaster or IWC watches, while Beginners champions will win Apple Watch Ultra Pro prizes.
