Leading B2B event organizer HIPTHER has officially concluded its newly expanded HIPTHER Baltics 2026 summit series, welcoming a total of 430 international delegates across consecutive events in Vilnius, Riga, and Tallinn.

Replacing the previous flat format of the MARE BALTICUM Gaming & TECH Summit, the 2026 series introduced a localized, state-specific framework explicitly engineered to navigate the regional compliance and fintech integration challenges shaping Northern Europe.
Vilnius and Riga Address Regulatory Realities
The executive tour launched on April 21 in Lithuania, where the HIPTHER Baltics: Vilnius block tracked the growing overlap between mobile payments, block-chain layers, and regulated iGaming platforms. Panels focused heavily on the upcoming MiCA implementation roadmap, digital tokenization, regional AML monitoring systems, and the implementation of artificial intelligence within commercial financial software.
On May 11, the tour moved to Latvia for HIPTHER Baltics: Riga, which focused heavily on operational risk management, cross-border corporate licensing, data protection guidelines, and responsible gambling frameworks. Compliance experts analyzed the transition from old school search engine optimization to AI-powered discoverability, alongside detailing how operators can deploy machine-learning tools to streamline supervisory reporting and state taxation compliance.
Digital Identity Innovations Command Tallinn Sessions
The three-city summit reached its conclusion on June 2 in Estonia with the execution of HIPTHER Baltics & Nordics: Tallinn. Set within one of the world’s most advanced digital societies, delegates analyzed the introduction of eIDAS 2.0 protocols, secure customer onboarding systems, and digital identity wallets.
The 2026 edition featured:
- HIPTHER Baltics: Vilnius – iGaming Regulation & Fintech Integration
- HIPTHER Baltics: Riga – Cross-Border Compliance & Player Protection
- HIPTHER Baltics & Nordics: Tallinn – Digital Governance & Startup Innovation
The event also hosted the presentation of the official HIPTHER Baltic & Nordics Gaming Awards 2026 to celebrate technological advancement across regional supplier lines.
Furthermore, the series featured specialized educational tracks via the HIPTHER Academy to provide hand-on skills and professional certifications to international compliance officers.
Reflecting on the successful execution of the expanded series, Zoltan Tündik, Co-Founder and Head of Business at HIPTHER, confirmed that the positive market feedback is already being utilized to shape their 2027 European roadmap:
“We are incredibly proud of what we achieved across the Baltics in 2026, but this is only the beginning. The success of the three-city series has provided us with valuable insights, feedback, and inspiration that we are already incorporating into the planning of HIPTHER Baltics 2027. The Baltics have a unique energy when it comes to business events, innovation, and networking, and we are excited to continue growing alongside this vibrant community. Our commitment remains the same: delivering meaningful conversations, practical learning opportunities, and exceptional networking experiences that bring together the region’s most influential stakeholders.”
