The online content supplier Inspired Entertainment has brokered a new strategic collaboration with the land-based provider Gaming Arts.
This partnership will see a range of Inspired’s flagship online slot titles adapted and distributed by Gaming Arts for the North and South American land-based casino markets.
Under the terms of the agreement, Gaming Arts, which was recently acquired by Merkur Group, will distribute the adapted games across a vast geographical area.
The deal covers regulated land-based jurisdictions where VLTs, slot machines, and other Class III gaming devices are permitted.
The agreement specifically excludes the territories of Oregon, Illinois, and Canada, where Inspired already maintains an operational presence.
This collaboration represents a significant move for both companies, bridging the gap between the digital and physical gaming worlds.
For Inspired, this partnership is a natural evolution of its multi-channel strategy, allowing the company to extend the reach of its top-performing online content to a new audience of players in brick-and-mortar gaming venues.
By working with Gaming Arts, Inspired gains a trusted partner with deep roots and extensive distribution networks in the American land-based sector.
For Gaming Arts, the collaboration provides an opportunity to innovate and expand its offerings by adapting proven, popular digital content for the casino floor.
The company is confident that this will create exciting new experiences that will engage players and elevate the gaming landscape.
The deal follows Inspired’s recent expansion in Brazil and a strong Q2 2025 financial report, signaling a period of continued growth and strategic development for the supplier.
