
In a groundbreaking move for the media and financial sectors, Kalshi, the world’s largest prediction market, has finalized a strategic integration with Fox Corporation.
This partnership will see Kalshi’s high-fidelity data woven into the broadcasts and digital platforms of FOX News Channel, FOX Business Network, FOX Weather, and the FOX One streaming interface.
The Wisdom of Crowds in Modern Journalism
Prediction markets differ from traditional polling by leveraging the collective intelligence of thousands of traders. This “wisdom of the crowds” provides a nonpartisan, real-time look at the likelihood of events spanning politics, culture, and macroeconomics.
With Kalshi data being utilized by institutions like the Federal Reserve, its entry into mainstream news marks a major shift in how current events are contextualized for a global audience.
Interestingly, roughly 70% of Kalshi’s visitors use the platform specifically for forecasting data rather than active trading. Tarek Mansour, Co-founder and CEO of Kalshi, highlighted this trend:

The integration will allow FOX Corporation’s production teams to access live APIs for real-time visualization of odds surrounding key storylines. This ensures that the nearly 200 million people reached by FOX News Media each month receive more engaging and data-driven insights.
