
ESR Group, the specialist human capital and corporate advisory firm, has officially finalized its new governance structure by appointing Philip Doftvik, Gary Nall, and Jonas Delin as non-executive directors (NEDs).
The strategic additions complete the group’s newly formed board of directors, providing deep international operational experience as the firm scales its specialized iGaming services globally.
A Powerhouse Trio of Industry Veterans
The three newly appointed non-executive directors bring a combined multi-decade track record across major public and private gaming enterprises:
- Philip Doftvik: Currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Qtech Games and brings deep tier-one experience from his previous tenure as a director at LeoVegas.
- Gary Nall: The founder of sports advisory firm PlayBook and the former Managing Director for global operator Entain.
- Jonas Delin: The co-founder of live casino innovator Avanti Studios and the original founder of Authentic Gaming, which was acquired by Light & Wonder.
The newly consolidated board will focus directly on advising and supporting ESR’s executive leadership team across four core pillars: specialized executive search, global market-entry (GTM) execution, organizational restructuring, and buy-side M&A investment advisory. The group splits its operations into two distinct brands: ESR Talent, which handles executive recruitment and embedded corporate HR, and ESR Solutions, which provides strategic M&A and investment advisory services.
Driving Growth and Value in a Consolidated Market
Founded in 2023 by recruitment innovators Luke Imeson and Helena Scone, ESR Group focuses specifically on scaling high-complexity tech startups and scale-ups across the overlapping iGaming, fintech, and blockchain sectors.
