Irish tech innovator BoscaSports has significantly bolstered its leadership team with the appointment of Chris Cousin as its first Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).
Cousin, an industry veteran with a decade of experience at Perform, STATS Perform, and iGameMedia, will lead the group’s effort to scale international revenue following the “transformational” acquisition of 2DB.
Scaling the Enlarged Group
Cousin’s remit includes deepening BoscaSports‘ reach and fully realizing the integration of 2DB’s video and streaming capabilities.
Eugene Mitchell, CEO of BoscaSports, expressed his excitement:
“Chris brings a wealth of experience and sector expertise… Chris will lead and shape our global commercial strategy as we drive growth across our core markets and expand internationally.”
Chris Cousin added his vision for the role:
“My focus will be on building a commercial strategy that strengthens our market position, deepens client relationships, and drives sustainable growth – particularly as the acquisition of 2DB accelerates the expansion of the Groups product development.”
The move has also been lauded by Nick Mills, CEO of Racecourse Media Group, who noted that Cousin’s appointment will be “transformational” for the company’s future growth phase.
