Evoplay Appoints Ashley McCulloch as VP North America to Spearhead Strategic Growth

Evoplay is aggressively scaling its North American presence with the strategic hire of Ashley McCulloch.

In a move to accelerate its strategic footprint across the United States and Canada, leading iGaming studio Evoplay has announced the appointment of Ashley McCulloch as Vice President, North America. McCulloch joins the team at a pivotal moment, bringing over 15 years of multifaceted experience across land-based, VLT, and online gaming environments.

A Track Record of Growth and Leadership

McCulloch’s career is marked by senior commercial roles at industry titans such as IGT and Light & Wonder. Most recently, she served as Director of Account Management North America at Inspired Gaming Group, where she successfully spearheaded strategic account growth and supported critical new market entry initiatives.

Beyond her commercial expertise, McCulloch is a prominent figure in the professional community, serving as a board member for Women in Sports and Events and a member of Global Gaming Women. Her leadership was further recognized when she was named in the Emerging Leaders in Gaming 40 Under 40 in 2024.

Driving the North American Strategy

At Evoplay, McCulloch will be responsible for overseeing partnerships, regulatory licensing, and product rollout strategies. This hire follows Evoplay’s successful entry into the Ontario market through partnerships with major operators like BetMGM and Caesars Entertainment.

Additionally, the company recently expanded into the US lottery market in Washington, DC, which serves as a vital bridge into the broader US online gaming ecosystem.
