Under the terms of the agreement, Spinomenal’s portfolio will be integrated into the Swiss Casinos online platform via Playtech’s Open Platform technology. The deal is distinguished by a one-month exclusivity clause, ensuring that Swiss Casinos holds the sole rights to debut Spinomenal’s titles in the region before wider distribution.

As a 100% Swiss-owned enterprise, the group operates the largest network of land-based casinos in Zurich, Pfäffikon, St. Gallen, and Schaffhausen, alongside its digital arm, swisscasinos.ch.
The operator continues to grow, with plans to open a new venue in Winterthur’s historic Lokstadt district in 2025. Financially, the group remains robust, reporting a total revenue of CHF 206.2 million in 2024, with a significant portion contributed to national social insurance and cantonal taxes.
