By launching the Player Chat, SOFTSWISS Sportsbook will enable real-time communication between players within its cutting-edge SOFTSWISS Sportsbook, a move that will undoubtedly foster an engaging and more interactive betting environment.
According to SOFTSWISS, introducing such player-centric features makes players feel more connected with each other and the platform, attracts players to engage in real-time discussions, and consequently, creates a sense of community.
SOFTSWISS’s Player Chat comes with several features that are meant to attract new users and boost player retention. Players will now be able to join chat rooms for various sports events and, more importantly, celebrate wins together, share predictions, and start discussions.
Moreover, Player Chat allows users to personalize their experience by allowing them to create nicknames and avatars and further boost their communication by using tools such as reactions, stickers, message translations, and emojis.
Users who become chat administrators will have access to additional moderation tools, including reporting systems, content filters, and the option to send links and create polls and quizzes, all so that they can improve interaction.
