Las Vegas tournament specialist Jeremy Becker has carried his blistering late-2025 form straight into the New Year, taking down the $1,100 UltimateStack event at The Venetian for a $71,805 payday.
The victory confirms that “JBex” remains one of the hottest players in the daily tournament circuit.
Crushing the Guarantee
The UltimateStack event, part of the DeepStack Extravaganza, attracted 406 entrants, smashing the $300,000 guarantee to create a total prize pool of $389,760. Becker outlasted a tough field, eventually defeating local player Kfir Nahum heads-up to secure the title.
This win follows a career-defining performance in December, where Becker finished fifth in the $10,400 WPT World Championship at Wynn Las Vegas for a career-best score of $710,000. During that event, he famously held the chip lead at the final table before bowing out.
Momentum Builds
Jeremy Becker shows no signs of slowing down. Immediately following his Venetian victory, he jumped into the MSPT New Years Poker Open. On Day 1a of the $1,600 buy-in event, he bagged a massive chip lead, finishing with 707,000 chips, nearly double the stack of his closest competitor.
With over $4.5 million in live tournament cashes already on his résumé, Becker’s dominant start to 2026 suggests another record-breaking year lies ahead for the Florida native. Fans can continue to track his run as the MSPT action unfolds this week.
