Before joining BetMGM, he dedicated over seven years to The Walt Disney Company, where he was a pivotal member of the team that successfully launched the ESPN+ direct-to-consumer streaming service.
This background provided him with invaluable expertise in building and scaling digital products for mass audiences. Prior to his tenure at Disney, Schwarz spent six years at the e-commerce giant eBay, further honing his skills in digital platform management and technology.
