The Isle of Man Gambling Supervision Commission (GSC) has made an administrative decision regarding an individual, Mr. Phua Cheng Wan, restricting his involvement in all gambling-related activities within the jurisdiction.
The directive follows a review which concluded that Mr. Phua’s conduct was not consistent with the high standards of suitability and integrity expected within the island’s regulated environment.
The GSC clarified that the decision to restrict Mr. Phua was based on purely administrative grounds and did not involve any legal findings.
