Hacksaw Gaming Solidifies US Presence with Pennsylvania Launch via Caesars Partnership

Hacksaw Gaming has announced its second significant US market expansion this month, reinforcing its strategic commitment to the rapidly growing American iGaming sector. The supplier’s popular game titles, including ‘Wanted Dead or a Wild,’ ‘Le Bandit,’ and ‘Chaos Crew 2,’ will soon be accessible to players in Pennsylvania via Caesars.

This launch is facilitated through a new partnership with casino giant Caesars Entertainment, ensuring Hacksaw’s portfolio is integrated across the operator’s established online casino platforms in the state of Pennsylvania.

This development follows closely on the heels of Hacksaw Gaming’s earlier entry into New Jersey in November, which was secured through a similar agreement with BetOcean. Beyond its North American focus, the company has simultaneously continued its global expansion, recently partnering with BetNacional to introduce its game library to the vibrant Brazilian market.

The timing of the Pennsylvania launch is highly strategic, aligning with the state’s continued robust growth in digital gaming. Recent financial reports from Pennsylvania underscore the market’s strength: September’s results revealed that iGaming slots generated an impressive $181.1 million for the month.

This figure represents a substantial year-over-year increase of 37.1%, officially confirming iGaming slots as the fastest-growing vertical in the state. This compelling growth provides a clear rationale for both suppliers and major operators to aggressively expand their online offerings.

The strategic decision by Caesars to integrate Hacksaw Gaming’s distinctive content speaks to the operator’s desire to enhance its competitive position in the iGaming space.

However, this commitment to growth is balanced by a cautious, license-first approach to new market verticals. Caesars CEO Tom Reeg recently reiterated the company’s hesitance regarding emerging betting segments.

In his Q3 2025 conference call, he made it clear that the operator would not venture into prediction markets if involvement in that space were to jeopardize the validity of the company’s pre-existing, critical state licenses.

Ricardo Cornejo Rivas, VP of Online Gaming at Caesars Digital:

“We’re grateful to deepen our collaboration with Hacksaw Gaming by introducing more of their distinctive titles to our iGaming platforms in Pennsylvania. Their creative approach and diverse content continue to enrich our offerings and enhance the overall player experience.”

Marcus Cordes, Operational CEO at Hacksaw Gaming:

“We’re thrilled to continue building momentum with Caesars. This partnership is a true testament to the value we place on collaboration and the incredible work from both teams to make these launches possible.”
