Gaming and Legal Experts Rossi McKee, Dmitry Starostenkov, Dr. Joerg Hofmann, and Joseph F. Borg Join EEGS 2025 Advisory Board

In a significant move to enhance its strategic direction, the Eastern European Gaming Summit (EEGS) has announced the expansion of its 2025 Advisory Board.

The organization has welcomed four highly respected professionals from the gaming, technology, and legal sectors, reinforcing its commitment to delivering a world-class event. The new members bring a wealth of diverse experience and insight that will be instrumental in shaping the upcoming summit.

Joining the board is Rossi McKee, a prominent entrepreneur, investor, and the owner of a group of companies specializing in both online and land-based gaming and digital technologies. As the Co-Founder and Vice President of Telematic Interactive, CT Interactive, and CT Gaming, Ms. McKee is a driving force behind the global strategies and operational oversight of these influential entities. Her extensive experience in multiple facets of the gaming industry makes her a formidable addition to the team.

Also appointed is Dmitry Starostenkov, the CEO of the leading iGaming software developer EvenBet Gaming. With a career spanning over two decades in the high-tech and IT industries, Mr. Starostenkov has been a pivotal figure in the iGaming evolution since 2004. In his leadership role, he is responsible for spearheading innovation and charting the strategic growth of his company, contributing significantly to the sector’s advancement.

The board is further strengthened by the legal expertise of Dr. Joerg Hofmann, who heads the Betting and Gaming Group at MELCHERS Rechtsanwälte Partnerschaftsgesellschaft mbB. As a Past President of the International Masters of Gaming Law (IMGL), Dr. Hofmann is a globally recognized authority on gaming law. He frequently contributes to international professional journals and is a sought-after speaker at leading industry conferences worldwide.

Completing the new appointments is Joseph F. Borg, who leads both the Fintech and the Gaming and Gambling practices at WH Partners. A General Member of the IMGL, Mr. Borg also serves as a lecturer in Gaming Law at the University of Malta. His specialized knowledge is further highlighted by his position as the Chairperson of the IMGL’s sub-committee on Cryptocurrency Payments in Gaming.
