Karolina Pelc brings more than two decades of experience in gaming and digital entertainment to the role. Her career includes senior positions at major organizations such as Betsson Group, William Hill Online, and LeoVegas. She is perhaps best known as the founder of BeyondPlay, a company acquired by FanDuel in 2024. That acquisition cemented her reputation as one of the most effective innovators in the sector.
