Fortune Coins 2 is one of those sequels that made me double-check if I was actually playing a new game or just clicked the wrong version. TaDa Gaming clearly stuck to the “don’t fix what isn’t broken” blueprint — which, depending on your mood, can be comforting or just plain lazy.
Theme-wise, we’re deep in faux-luxury territory. Shiny coins, gold-plated symbols, dragons, red velvet vibes… you get the picture. It’s all very “casino prosperity” without much personality. Still, it’s clean. And to its credit, Fortune Coins 2 doesn’t try to do too much. What you see is what you get — no wild storytelling, just features and spins.
The base game isn’t a dead zone, which I appreciated. You’ve got random coin drops that trigger respins and modifiers, so there’s something to keep your fingers twitching while you chase that ever-elusive bonus. Speaking of which, the Bonus Wheel is the main event here. Land enough coins and you’ll get a spin on the big wheel — it’s got multipliers, jackpots, and free spins, though whether you land on the exciting stuff or the consolation scraps is RNG roulette.
The volatility sits around the medium mark, and it feels medium — not soul-crushing, not a wild ride either. RTP is around 96% (standard issue), and it plays nice with low stakes, which makes demo spins feel close to the real thing. Max win? Don’t hold your breath — you’re not retiring early from this one, but there’s enough pop to keep it mildly interesting.
My biggest gripe? It’s just Fortune Coins 1 in a different outfit. TaDa didn’t reinvent the wheel — they just wiped it down and added a bit more shine. If you liked the original, you’ll enjoy this. If you didn’t? You won’t.
Try the demo and see for yourself — maybe the wheel lands in your favor, or maybe it just spins you in circles. Either way, it’s a low-effort commitment.
