SCCG Management and Crowe Uruguay Partner to Enhance Gaming Compliance

SCCG Management has announced a strategic partnership with the consultancy firm Crowe Uruguay to launch a new initiative aimed at bolstering global compliance and educational standards within the gaming industry.

The collaboration will focus on delivering a comprehensive, bilingual training program designed to support government regulators and professionals responsible for monitoring online gaming activity in Uruguay and the wider Latin American market.

This new program is intended to equip attendees with the essential political, technical, regulatory, and enforcement tools required to navigate the specific complexities of the Uruguayan market.

The curriculum’s framework will be built upon the rigorous principles of the Nevada Gaming Control Board’s Minimum Internal Control Standards, a gold standard in gaming regulation.

To ensure the highest level of expertise in the compliance elements of the course, SCCG will also leverage the capabilities of its existing strategic partner, I3 Integrity.

Stephen Crystal, Founder and CEO of SCCG Management, commented on the strategic importance of the alliance:

Partnering with Crowe Uruguay reflects our mission to share proven regulatory methodologies with international markets. By building practical bridges between established standards and local oversight needs, we’re not just transferring knowledge, we’re helping to shape a more transparent, effective global gaming ecosystem.

The partnership aligns with SCCG’s broader international efforts, including its work in Africa where it helped establish the iGC summit in Morocco.

Crowe Uruguay, part of a global consultancy network active in 130 countries, provides significant local expertise and reach.

The initiative is particularly timely for Uruguay, where online gambling has been a topic of extensive discussion among stakeholders.

Politicians have previously expressed concerns about the lack of education and understanding surrounding problem gambling, making this new training program a critical step in fostering a safe and well-regulated market environment.
