1. It can happen that Hornetbet gives promotional bonuses on deposits. In general those bonuses are given for a certain events and are limited in time, such as i.e. registration, verification and/or important events in sports.
2. To inform a customer about such promotions, either an E-mail with a bonus code is sent to a customer or a banner including the bonus code is displayed on the starting page of hornetbet.com.
3. The bonus is only valid and granted, if the customer accepts the bonus offer by entering the bonus code in his “Personal account”. After having accepted the bonus offer, the bonus will be applied to the first deposit which a customer makes. The customer has the option to make a deposit right after accepting the bonus or at a later point in time. Should the customer decide to make a deposit at a later point in time, a notification about an active bonus applied to the account will be displayed in the deposit interface.
4. The bonus amount is always a percentage of the deposited amount and can be limited to a minimum and maximum. The minimum amount for which a bonus can be claimed is EUR 10. Any deposits below this minimum will not generate a bonus. Example: The bonus offer is „You get 100% on your deposit up to EUR 100“ this means, the maximum amount you will receive on a deposit is EUR 100, even if the initial deposit was greater than EUR 100.
5. A deposit bonus offer can be limited in time. The time period during which it will be active is always displayed to the customer in the bonus details. Should a customer make a deposit after the active period, no bonus will be applied.
6. After having accepted the offer and successfully made a deposit, a customer has 30 days to fulfill the requirements of the offer. Only after having fulfilled the requirements, the deposit including the bonus can be withdrawn by the customer. If the requirements are not fulfilled during this 30 days, the bonus amount including the winnings made with the deposit and bonus will be deducted from the available account balance and the initial deposit will remain.
7. Once the bonus offer was accepted and a deposit was made, the customer receives the bonus on the next deposit. As long as the customer has not fulfilled the bonus requirements, the deposit including bonus and eventually won money can not be withdrawn.
8. In order to fulfill the requirements of the bonus offer, the deposit and the given bonus both have to be placed several times in its full amount on a minimum quota. This means you have to either place bets with it or use it in the Hornetbet.com Casino. It does not matter if you split the money into several bets or sessions in the casino, but finally the full amount of deposit and bonus have to be used twice. How often the deposit and related bonus have to be placed on a minimum quota, will be displayed in the bonus conditions. Deposit bonuses are limited to a maximum of EUR 1000 for non-verified and EUR 2500 for verified users.
9. The Cash-out option is not available for bets which were made with a deposit bonus.
10. Should there be stake limits applied to a deposit bonus, it is not allowed to place bets on identical events, independent from the odds types. In case this happens, Hornetbet reserves the right to cancel such bets or tickets and this not dependent on the status of the bets or tickets.
11. Should the deposit bonus be used in the hornetbet.com Casino, only turnovers in so-called slot games are considered. Turnover from table games such as Poker or Blackjack, can not be considered in the turnover and can be cancelled afterwards.
12. Which minimum quota is applied to the bonus offer and if you have to make a single bet or a combination can be reviewed in the bonus details.
13. Should a customer avoid the bonus requirements by for example placing bets simply to increase the balance, Hornetbet reserves the right to cancel the bonus as well as all the winnings generated from it.
14. Should any term of the offer or promotion be breached and/or there is any suspicion of a series of bets placed by a customer or group of customers, which due to the deposit bonus results in guaranteed customer profits irrespective of the outcome, Hornetbet reserves the right to void such bets, seize the bonus balance and related winnings and close those customers’ accounts.
15. All deposit bonus offers are limited to one per person, family, IP address, household address, E-mail address, phone number, same payment method (e.g. credit card, Skrill account etc.) and shared computer, e.g. workplace or internet cafe. Should Hornetbet have the suspicion that this requirement was breached by a customer or group of customers, Hornetbet reserves the right to void bets placed, seize remaining funds, seize the bonus balance and related winnings and close those customers’ accounts.
16. Only if all requirements mentioned in 6 are fulfilled, the deposit and the given bonus can be withdrawn.
17. Hornetbet reserves the right to amend, cancel, reclaim, refuse any promotion and/or cancel already active bonuses at its own discretion.
18. It is the responsibility of each individual customer to inform himself about the bonus conditions of each bonus before accepting it. The bonus conditions will be displayed to the customer when entering the code in related field before accepting it.
19. Due to changes in the Terms & Conditions, it can happen that changes to bonus conditions are applied. It is the responsibility of each individual customer to inform himself about subsequent changes to certain bonus conditions.
