BETER, the award-winning provider of fast-betting content, live streaming, and data, has achieved a key milestone in its US expansion strategy after securing regulatory approvals to launch its exclusive content in Indiana and Iowa.

These approvals were officially granted by the Indiana Gaming Commission (IGC) and the Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission (IRGC).

The green light allows BETER to immediately deliver its popular Setka Cup table tennis content, including live data and live streams, to licensed operators in both states. This is the first time bettors in Indiana and Iowa can engage with BETER’s signature fast-paced Setka Cup action.

The content is already available to customers via tier-one operator bet365, which previously rolled out BETER’s content in regulated markets like Colorado and New Jersey.

BETER provides comprehensive services, including 24/7 live streaming, real-time data, and hyper-accurate odds, covering approximately 700,000 fast-paced events annually across various esports and sports disciplines. Its betting products are known for offering up to 50 betting markets per match, with an average operator margin exceeding 7.5%.

The company’s diverse sports portfolio includes the Setka Cup, the BSKT Cup basketball league, Padel tennis, and official cricket tournament coverage.

Gal Ehrlich, CEO of BETER, highlighted the strong demand for their fast-betting content, emphasizing that receiving approval from such respected regulators confirms the quality, integrity, and compliance dedication of BETER’s products and teams.

Valeriia Tarchynska, Chief Legal Officer at BETER, noted the efficiency of their legal team in navigating complex regulatory frameworks and expressed gratitude for the ongoing support of their partner, law firm BlankRome. BETER plans to leverage this growing expertise to streamline future applications as it expands into key states like North Carolina, Arizona, and Ohio.

Gal Ehrlich, CEO of BETER:

Securing approvals in Indiana and Iowa marks another important milestone in our expansion across the US, a market where we are already seeing strong demand for our fast-betting content, particularly the Setka Cup. Receiving approval from such respected regulators is a testament to the quality of our products and the dedication of our teams, especially in the areas of legal compliance, integrity, and transparency. The US is an essential market for both operators and suppliers, particularly those committed to building their businesses within regulated environments where player safety is the top priority. This is exactly what we aim to achieve, and we’re confident we can bring unique value to US operators and their bettors.
