BetBlocker celebrates a major milestone as the leading charity has surpassed 50000 active users in May, a monumental achievement that reflects the growing demand for its free-of-charge responsible gambling tool.
By reaching this number, the organization marks a crucial moment in its ongoing mission to support individuals dealing with problem gambling, as it only shows the dedication of BetBlocker when it comes to helping those in need.
In its true humble fashion, BetBlocker expressed gratitude to key contributors who the charity said played a key role in reaching this milestone, including reputable iGaming brands such as LeoVegas Group, JOI Gaming Ltd, DraftKings Inc., EveryMatrix, Pinnacle, Greentube GmbH, Bally’s Corporation and Aristocrat.
BetBlocker also acknowledged the role of other charities and treatment providers such as Gamble Aware NG, SOS Jogador, Aquarius, and Rinashe Magumise, all of which played a key role in raising awareness of this project.
Lastly, BetBlocker said that these numbers wouldn’t be possible without the help of a group of dedicated individuals whose support was instrumental in helping the charity reach those in need, including Christina Theophilos, Christine H. However, the organization also highlighted concerns about sustainability, highlighting the recent changes to the UK’s funding system that have caused a significant drop in donations.
Yet, BetBlocker doesn’t seem much deterred by this development, as the charity plans to proceed with building on its strong momentum and its 50000 active users milestone, and thus, continue its mission in making the iGaming industry a better place.
