He succeeds Tamas Kusztos, who is stepping down from the position but will remain with the company temporarily to ensure a seamless transition of duties.
Wood brings a wealth of expertise to Playson, boasting over 15 years of high-level experience within the iGaming sector. His impressive resumé includes significant tenures at major industry players. Most recently, he served as the VP of iGaming Content Delivery and Managing Director for the Isle of Man at Bally’s Interactive.
Prior to that, Wood spent over a decade at Microgaming holding various senior commercial positions. His comprehensive background also includes providing strategic consulting services to Blueprint Gaming and assisting operators in navigating the launch of new market ventures.
