The online marketing and gaming company B90 Holdings has announced impressive financial results for the first half of 2025, reporting a substantial 75% increase in revenue compared to the same period last year.
The company’s revenue for the six months ending June 30 reached €1.8 million (US$1.9 million), a significant jump from the €1.03 million recorded in H1 2024.
This powerful growth was largely driven by the strong performance of the company’s online sportsbook and casino brand, Bet90.
The brand benefited from a full six months of marketing activities, a strategic new partnership with technology provider Sportingtech, and the successful migration of its legacy customer database. These initiatives have resulted in a significant uplift in customer engagement and activity.
The company also highlighted a promising start to the second half of the year, with performance in July and August remaining strong and in line with management’s expectations for the full year.
Ronny Breivik, Executive Chairman of B90 Holdings, expressed his satisfaction with the company’s progress and strategic execution.
“We are pleased with the progress made during H1 2025, a period during which we have focused on streamlining our operations, strengthening our team, and optimising our Bet90 brand. The results we are now seeing are a testament to the team’s hard work and our strategic decisions.
Breivik also commented on the company’s outlook and its focus on achieving profitability.
We are now well-positioned for the second half of the year, which is seasonally stronger than the first. We are confident that we will meet our full-year market expectations. We are particularly focused on our goal of achieving monthly run-rate profitability during H2 2025.
The company noted that it is actively exploring several acquisition opportunities that it believes could be value-accretive and will provide further updates to the market as appropriate.
