The momentum continues on day 2 of the SBC Summit Lisbon 2025, which commences today with a focus on deep-dive discussions into regulation, affiliation, and player protection.

The second day features a packed agenda of panels led by some of the most influential executives and experts in the industry.

  • European Leaders to Tackle Regulation and Retention From 12:00–12:40 on Stage 1, established brands will be under the microscope during the EUROPEAN LEADERS PANEL: Old World, new way forward – how the most established brands are rethinking regulation and retention. This session, sponsored by CAMPEÓN GAMING, will explore how operators can communicate effectively with regulators, win public opinion, and retain customers in an increasingly global market. Speakers include Vlad Kaltenieks (CEO, Boylesports), Mattias Wedar (CEO, LeoVegas), Pascal Chaffard (CFO & Strategy Officer, FDJ), and Sam Sadi (CEO, LiveScore Group). In an era of shifting acquisition models and rapid tech evolution, this panel will bring together affiliate leaders to explore how the model is evolving and where innovation is coming from. The speakers are Andre Machado (Chief Commercial Officer, Clever Advertising), Mikael Strunge (President & CEO, Acroud), Peter Gunni (CEO, Traffic Lab), Richard Dennys (CEO, GameLounge), and Johan Svensson (CEO, Raketech group), with moderation by John Wright (CEO & Co-Founder, StatsDrone).
  • Key Debate to Address Responsibility in Gaming From 14:40–15:20 on Stage 5, a critical discussion will take place with the Debate: Who’s really responsible for gaming? This panel will address the duty of care for responsible gambling, exploring the shared responsibility between operators, suppliers, and players themselves.
