Sportradar has announced its financial results for the third quarter of 2026, reporting a powerful 24 percent year-on-year revenue increase to reach €363 million, compared to €296 million during the same period in 2025. The robust financial performance was heavily catalyzed by exceptional momentum within the company’s domestic US market, where revenue jumped 47 percent year-on-year from €67 million to €98 million.
Profitability metrics matched the top-line expansion, with net profit rising 20 percent to €27 million. Meanwhile, adjusted EBITDA grew 21 percent year-on-year, moving from €85 million to €102 million.
Commenting on the stellar quarter, Carsten Koerl, Chief Executive Officer of Sportradar, stated:
“Sportradar delivered another strong quarter of double-digit growth, once again demonstrating the value of our role as a key technology and content partner to the global sports ecosystem. Our performance was driven by strong demand for our premium content portfolio, deep data and innovative technology solutions, including further monetisation of the acquired IMG ARENA rights and significant contributions from across the prediction markets landscape.”
International expansion and division performance
Revenue across the Rest of the World increased 17 percent year-on-year to €265 million, continuing to account for 73 percent of total company revenue. The quarterly results benefited directly from the ongoing integration and commercial monetisation of recently acquired IMG ARENA sports rights. This strategic integration fueled a 27 percent year-on-year growth within Sportradar’s Betting Technology & Solutions division, bringing its revenue to €297 million.
In a parallel corporate move shortly after the conclusion of Q3, the group agreed to the $170 million divestment of Atrium Sports, with the transaction anticipated to finalize before the end of the year. CEO Carsten Koerl attributed the broader commercial momentum to heightened global fan engagement across multiple digital platforms, alongside the burgeoning expansion of prediction markets.
Positive full-year outlook and market response
Looking ahead, the Nasdaq-listed enterprise remains firmly on track to achieve its financial targets for the 2026 fiscal year. Sportradar expects full-year constant currency revenue growth to land between 19 and 21 percent, translating to total annual revenues of €1.518 billion to €1.533 billion. Furthermore, the firm anticipates adjusted EBITDA growth between 24 and 27 percent, targeting between €360 million and €368 million. Reflecting investor confidence following the report, Sportradar shares climbed 5.67 percent to $13.60 in pre-market trading.
Concluding his remarks, Koerl added:
“Fans are engaging with sports across more platforms than ever before, expanding our addressable market and increasing demand for our products and solutions. As we capitalise on these new opportunities, further leveraging our existing portfolio, we remain focused on innovation and execution to drive additional value for our partners and clients and deliver durable growth and expanding profitability for our shareholders.”
