Lotte Tour Development Co Ltd has reported a sharp recovery for its flagship Jeju Dream Tower resort.

Lotte Tour Development Co Ltd has reported a sharp recovery for its flagship Jeju Dream Tower resort. Following a dip in February, March casino sales surged 24.3% year-on-year to reach KRW40.4 billion (US$26.7 million), marking a definitive return to growth for the property.

Visitation Hits Post-Pandemic Highs

The property saw its highest visitor count since October, with 53,587 guests entering the casino in March alone. This surge was reflected across all gaming verticals:

  • Table Game Sales: Rose 24.0% to KRW38.4 billion.
  • Machine Sales: Increased by 30.3% to KRW2.05 billion.
  • Table Drop: Grew by 19.6% to KRW188.9 billion.

Lotte Tour Development’s hotel division also posted impressive numbers, with sales up 43.3% year-on-year to KRW5.88 billion. This cross-sector success helped propel the property’s first-quarter casino sales to KRW118.6 billion (US$78.4 million), a 40.3% increase over the same period in 2025.

A Dominant Resort Footprint

Standing at 169 meters as the tallest building on Jeju Island, the Dream Tower features a 5,000-square-meter gaming floor that was relocated from the smaller Lotte Hotel Jeju in 2021.

With 141 tables, 190 slot machines, and 71 electronic table games, the resort has successfully transitioned from a quiet winter to a high-momentum spring, positioning Lotte Tour Development for a strong second quarter.
