Dividend mechanics and tokenized structures
Binance has confirmed its technical support for cash dividend distributions tied to Marvell Technology and Oracle Corporation bStock assets. Issued by BTech Holdings Limited as tokenized certificates representing financial instruments under ADGM regulatory frameworks, bStocks reflect interests in underlying shares without granting direct company ownership.
Net cash dividends earned by eligible holders are automatically reinvested into additional units or fractional shares of the same security following applicable withholding taxes, fees, and administrative deductions. On chain holders will receive their distributions via automated multiplier adjustments.
To facilitate the technical transition, Binance will suspend token conversion services, deposits, and withdrawals for both MRVLB and ORCLB assets starting October 8, 2026, at 23:30 UTC. Users must ensure that pending deposits are fully processed prior to this deadline. Spot trading pairs such as MRVLB/USDT and ORCLB/USDT remain completely unaffected during the maintenance window. Services will automatically resume once the distribution process concludes.
Operational guidelines and eligibility
Eligibility for the dividend distribution requires users to hold MRVLB or ORCLB tokens at the snapshot record date of October 9, 2026, at 00:00 UTC. Dividends generated from assets held across alternative platform accounts, including savings or margin allocations, will be credited directly to user spot accounts. Binance handles all backend technical requirements automatically, ensuring that withholding taxes are properly accounted for prior to reinvestment. Participants are encouraged to review corporate filings from Marvell Technology and Oracle Corporation for specific payout particulars.
