Playtech Consolidates Solaya Group iBingo Portfolio via Multi-Brand Migration

In a significant consolidation of its digital entertainment vertical, software giant Playtech has officially become the exclusive online bingo provider for all three of Solaya Group’s active iGaming brands within the British market.

Scaling the Solaya iBingo Infrastructure

The long-term multi-brand migration expands upon a foundational tech partnership first established between the two companies in 2024, when Zebra Bingo initially integrated Playtech’s casino software module. Following the successful deployment of Playtech’s bingo platform across Zebra Bingo in 2025, Solaya Group has systematically extended the framework. The migration now brings its remaining high-volume consumer portals, Bingostars and Peachy Games, directly onto the Playtech network.

Through this unified network integration, all three consumer brands gain immediate liquidity access, enabling players to participate in Playtech’s high-volume, global networked rooms and pooled jackpot prizes. The tech transition positions Playtech as a dominant provider of high-retention community gaming software, building upon its existing UK bingo partnerships with major multi-channel operators such as Buzz Bingo and BV Group’s Heart Bingo.

Achieving Next-Generation Milestones

Marat Koss, Chief Interactive Gaming Officer at Playtech, celebrated the expansion of their digital content partnership into community verticals:

“Our partnership began in 2024, and we’re proud to be expanding it into the bingo vertical.”

Ed Pellant, Head of Commercial Partnerships and Delivery at Solaya Group, highlighted that migrating their specialized brands onto next-gen architecture is an essential milestone to future-proof customer retention:

“Successfully migrating all three of our new bingo brands on to Playtech’s next-generation ibingo represents a significant milestone for Solaya Group. An elite array of bingo games has been a staple of our offering for years and we are excited to build on that with a partner as established as Playtech.”
