Career reflection and departure announcement
Eduardo Aching has concluded a nearly two decade tenure with Konami Gaming, announcing his resignation as vice president of international gaming operations. Having served the company since November 2008, Aching took to LinkedIn to communicate his decision to step down in order to focus on his family and personal health.
Reflecting on his time with the organization, Aching stated:
“I am proud of the legacy I leave in building Konami’s international business.”
He added:
“I also would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone I have met/worked with who helped, directly or indirectly, to establish Konami in the international markets, and I wish you all the very best for the future.”
Corporate context and future outlook
Aching’s departure marks a notable leadership transition for Konami Gaming‘s international division, which has expanded steadily across global markets over the past eighteen years. The organizational change arrives shortly after Konami achieved a new certification for its information security management system back in August. Konami Gaming has not yet announced an immediate successor to fill the vice president of international gaming operations role.
