Seneca Gaming Corporation has appointed Cynthia Liu as the new company Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).

In her new role, Liu will be in charge of leading strategic marketing initiatives across the three New York-based properties, which include Seneca Allegany Resort & Casino, Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino, and Seneca Buffalo Creek Casino, as well as the Seneca Hickory Golf Course in Lewiston.

Moreover, the new role of Liu will also see her overseeing and managing digital transformation, loyalty programs, revenue management, advertising, and brand strategy.

Cynthia Liu joins Seneca Gaming as the new CMO with more than two decades of experience in the realms of brand marketing and hospitality, having previously occupied the position of Vice President of Global Brand Management at Travel + Leisure Co.

In her role as VP of Global Brand Management, Liu managed efforts north of $2 billion in sales revenue and oversaw marketing strategies for more than 20 brands.

Additionally, Liu has also occupied leadership positions at Las Vegas Sands, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, and Las Vegas Sands.

Liu commented on the development and highlighted Seneca’s rich history and esteemed brand portfolio, stating that she looks forward to her new role as the company’s CEO.
