Optimove has announced key executive leadership updates, elevating senior vice president of revenue in EMEA, Moshe Demri, to the role of Chief Revenue Officer, while Varda Tirosh steps into the position of Chief Operating Officer. The strategic internal promotions highlight long term talent development at the CRM and marketing solutions provider.
Strengthening executive leadership and customer success
CRM and marketing solutions provider Optimove has restructured its executive leadership team by promoting long term executives Moshe Demri and Varda Tirosh. Demri, who previously served as senior vice president of revenue in EMEA, assumes the chief revenue officer position, marking his seventh distinct role within the company since joining in 2012. As CRO, Demri assumes direct responsibility for guiding Optimove customer success organization, inheriting a team shaped by years of development.
Varda Tirosh, who originally served as chief operating officer for a year following her arrival in 2012, returns to the COO post after holding the chief customer officer title since 2013. The leadership transition builds upon a foundation of peer collaboration spanning over a decade. These changes follow a dynamic period of corporate growth for Optimove, which includes integrating Smartico following its acquisition in April and adapting its workforce strategy earlier in the year.
Executive commentary
Announcing the leadership transition on LinkedIn, Moshe Demri shared his perspective on working alongside Tirosh:
“For more than a decade now, Varda and I have been peers who lean on one another when needed. But even as we became peers, I never stopped seeing her as someone I could learn from and look up to.”
Demri added:
“So, as I step into my new role as CRO, I am honoured to inherit one of the strongest teams at Optimove, a team that Varda has spent years building, developing and shaping. I am equally privileged that she will continue to be a mentor, partner and someone I can learn from as she takes on her next challenge as COO.”
