Pragmatic Solutions, a key provider of Player Account Management (PAM) platforms, has announced the appointment of Kieren Lovell as its new Chief Information Security Officer (CISO).
This strategic hire is designed to bolster the company’s information security framework and regulatory compliance across its global technology infrastructure.
In his new, high-level role, Lovell will assume responsibility for overseeing security governance, platform security, and technical compliance.
His appointment is a core component of Pragmatic Solutions’ broader operational strategy, which is focused on strengthening both internal processes and overall risk management as the company enters a new phase of market expansion.
The PAM platform is crucial for enterprise operators, enabling them to efficiently manage player accounts, oversee multi-brand operations, and seamlessly integrate various iGaming content, sportsbook, payment, and data providers across numerous regulated international markets.
Lovell brings a wealth of high-level experience in cybersecurity leadership and operational resilience to the role.
His distinguished background includes serving as CISO for NATO’s Standing NATO Maritime Group 1 during Operation Ocean Shield and working as the Head of Computer Emergency Response at the renowned University of Cambridge.
He is also an accomplished lecturer and communications specialist, with significant expertise in developing secure and scalable digital systems.
This appointment further supports the company’s commitment to strengthening monetization tools for regulated operators, following recent successful integrations.
Earlier this year, Pragmatic Solutions integrated ThrillTech’s jackpot mechanics across its PAM platform, building on a prior platform partnership with QuinnBet. Lovell’s expertise will be critical in assuring clients of the platform’s reliability and security during this period of growth.
