FanDuel TV has launched a new program with an emphasis on problem gambling recovery called “The Comeback With Craig Carton”.

The new project is hosted by Craig Carton himself, a radio and TV personality, FS1’s “Breakfast Ball” host, and the responsible gambling ambassador of FanDuel, with the format of the show highlighting the personal stories of individuals who suffered from gambling addiction.

The first episode of “The Comeback With Craig Carton” is already live on FanDuel TV Extra and YouTube, with the first guest of the show being former NBA player Randy Livingston. In this interview, Livingston opens up about his battle with gambling addiction, the turning point of his problem, and his successful recovery journey.

Additionally, the wife of Livingston, Anita Ondine Smith, also shares her viewpoint and experiences, going in-depth on the impact that gambling addiction had on their family and relationship, as well as the warning signs she saw in her husband.

Randy and Anita are both part of FanDuel’s responsible gambling project called “Trusted Voices: Conversations About Betting,” an initiative that provides counsel and guidance to parents, coaches, and guardians regarding the risks of problem gambling in the youth.

Craig Carton commented on the new show and said that the mission of this show is to inspire and support people with gambling addiction, highlighting his personal experiences with this addiction.

As someone who has personally navigated the challenges of gambling addiction, I understand the impact it can have on your life and the lives of those you care about. The road to recovery isn’t easy, but I’ve committed myself to helping others who are facing similar struggles. My mission for this show is to inspire hope, offer support and remind everyone that the path to regaining control starts with understanding.

Cory Fox, Senior Vice President of Public Policy and Sustainability at FanDuel, said that the goal of the new show is to open dialogue and raise awareness of problem gambling.

Our hope for The Comeback With Craig Carton is to raise awareness of problem gambling and foster open dialogue to tackle the stigma that still exists today. Whether those conversations are amongst friends, spouses, parents or coaches, we want to educate our audience on what the warning signs are and be comfortable asking for help.

“The Comeback With Craig Carton” will air each Monday, with the time slot for the episodes scheduled for 10:00 am ET. The show will be streamed on the YouTube channel of FanDuel, as well as on FanDuel TV Extra.
