In her new role, Power will collaborate closely with existing commercial leaders, including Co-Founder Paddy Casey and Chief Revenue Officer Mark O’Hare. Her core responsibilities will encompass guiding commercial strategy, conducting market analysis, and developing strategic partnerships while coordinating closely with the sales team. Simultaneously, she will maintain her position as Founder and Principal of Power Room Éire Partnerships & Advisory.
Extensive Industry Experience and Leadership Backing
Power brings more than 12 years of gaming industry experience with Flutter Entertainment and senior leadership roles at FanDuel. During her tenure as Senior Director of Partner Relations at FanDuel, she successfully managed multi-state partnership agreements and oversaw the establishment and launch of over 20 retail sportsbooks across the U.S.
Commenting on her appointment, Fiona Power stated:
“I’ve known The Unit and its reputation in the industry for some time, and I’ve been very impressed by the growth of the business and the high quality of its output. I’m excited to work alongside Paddy, Mark and the wider team to build on that foundation. There is a significant opportunity to develop new partnerships, anticipate where the market is heading, and connect The Unit’s capabilities with businesses that can benefit from them.”
The Unit Co-Founder Paddy Casey also highlighted the strategic value of the hire:
“Fiona brings a truly exceptional combination of commercial experience, industry knowledge and a deep understanding of the U.S. gaming market.”
