Super Group has maintained a steady and impressive growth trajectory into the third quarter of 2026, with its latest financial disclosures indicating that the company is poised to surpass its total profit figures achieved in fiscal year 2025.
Profit for the nine months ending September 30, 2026, reached $350 million (£259 million), compared with $218 million for the twelve months ending December 31, 2025, though the group noted these figures are not directly comparable on a like-for-like basis. When publishing its FY25 results earlier in February, Super Group reported a profit before tax of $355 million; the group sits just $5 million shy of that milestone under current figures and is projected to comfortably exceed it once October-to-December trading is factored in.
For the third quarter alone, Super Group posted total profit of $142 million, marking a substantial increase from the $96 million recorded in Q3 2025. Adjusted EBITDA for the three months ending September 30 came in at $165 million, up from $152 million in the comparative 2025 period. Segmented across global operations, Adjusted EBITDA generated from African markets rose from $72 million in Q3 2025 to $88 million in 2026, while International Adjusted EBITDA reached $93 million, up from $75 million previously.
Regional expansion and African market leadership
Super Group’s geographical footprint continues to yield strong results, particularly across Africa, where the company has operated its flagship Betway brand for nearly a decade. Quarterly revenue in Africa increased from $224 million last year to $262 million in 2026, now representing 43 percent of total group revenue. Product-wise, African iGaming revenue climbed to $205 million from $169 million in Q3 2025, while the sportsbook contributed $57 million, up from $55 million.
Meanwhile, separately reported international revenue reached $344 million, advancing from $328 million in the prior year. International revenue now accounts for 57 percent of total group revenue, a slight shift from 59 percent in Q3 2025 that highlights the accelerating importance and growth rate of the African segment.
Breaking down international regions, the Americas generated $193 million (up from $185 million), Europe produced $115 million (up from $108 million), and the Rest of the World contributed $36 million (up from $34 million). Product-specific international revenue stood at $310 million for iGaming and $33 million for sportsbook.
Robust financial strength and strategic outlook
Reflecting its underlying financial health, Super Group’s full-year outlook projects total revenue between $2.5 billion and $2.6 billion, with Adjusted EBITDA forecasts anticipated between $700 million and $720 million. Demonstrating immense balance sheet confidence, Alinda van Wyk, Chief Financial Officer of Super Group, announced:
“With over $600m of cash and a robust balance sheet, the Board has authorised a share repurchase program of up to $150m, reflecting our confidence in the long-term value of Super Group while preserving flexibility to continue investing in attractive organic and strategic opportunities.”
Concluding the earnings review, Neal Menashe, Super Group’s Chief Executive Officer, added:
“We believe that our underlying business remains strong, and we look forward to the opportunities ahead.”
