ZEAL Network SE has released its financial update for the first nine months of 2026 from its headquarters in Hamburg, reporting a robust 22 per cent year-on-year increase in group revenue to reach €198.8 million. Driven by solid core operational performance and the strategic first-time consolidation of UK prize draw business SevenCanyon, the company has officially raised its full-year revenue guidance to a range of €270–280 million.
Group EBITDA increased 9 per cent to €58.7 million, absorbing what ZEAL described as “mid-single-digit millions of euros” in non-recurring, M&A-related transaction expenses.
Highlighting the success of the company’s long-term commercial roadmap, Dr Stefan Tweraser, CEO of ZEAL Network SE, stated:
“Our strategy to diversify our business is paying off. We are expanding our revenue basis and opening new growth opportunities.”
Segment performance and lottery expansion
ZEAL’s traditional Lotteries segment remained the principal financial engine, generating a 16 per cent revenue increase to €170.8 million. Total lottery billings climbed 10 per cent to €915.1 million, bolstered by strong customer acquisition and sustained platform activity. Notably, new lottery customers jumped 15 per cent to exceed one million during the nine-month period, while average monthly active users (MAU) rose to 1,678 thousand alongside an improved lottery gross margin of 18.3 per cent.
Beyond core lottery brokerage, the Games business expanded revenue by 18 per cent to €12.1 million, with billings up 17 per cent to €160.3 million and average MAU climbing to 35 thousand. ZEAL also spotlighted the ongoing scaling of its charity lottery portfolio, driven by the successful launch of the Dream Car Raffle (“Traumautoverlosung”) and continued momentum from the established Dream House Raffle (“Traumhausverlosung”).
SevenCanyon integration and financial outlook
The Others segment reflected the direct impact of corporate acquisitions following ZEAL’s announcement on July 9, 2026, to acquire the remaining 96.5 per cent of SevenCanyon, bringing its total ownership to 100 per cent with full consolidation taking effect in the third quarter. Consequently, segment revenue surged 241 per cent to €15.8 million, including €10.5 million contributed by the acquired UK business, while segment EBITDA grew 59 per cent year-on-year to €2.6 million, with SevenCanyon adding €1.4 million.
Maintaining a disciplined fiscal baseline, ZEAL kept its full-year 2026 Group EBITDA guidance unchanged at €70–75 million, factoring in a normal jackpot environment across Germany and accounting for expected acquisition-related one-offs. Concluding the financial update, Andrea Behrendt, CFO of ZEAL Network SE, noted:
“We have successfully consolidated SevenCanyon into the ZEAL Group. Despite a subdued Eurojackpot environment, we attracted more than one million new customers in the first nine months of 2026.”
