
Strong Revenue and Adjusted EBITDA Growth Driven by Online Casino Expansion
Rush Street Interactive, Inc. (NYSE: RSI) announced its financial results for Q2 2026 ended June 30, 2026, delivering record quarterly performance across key financial and operating metrics.
The company reported record quarterly revenue of $393.8 million, representing a 46% increase compared to the same period in 2025. Net income reached a record $29.3 million, while Adjusted EBITDA hit a record $64.6 million, up 61% year-over-year.

Player growth remained strong, with North American MAUs growing 51% year-over-year and Latin America MAUs growing 62% year-over-year. We were also pleased to have successfully launched online casino and online sports in Alberta earlier this month, and we are encouraged by the early trends we are seeing there.”
During the quarter, North American MAUs reached approximately 296,000, driven by a 64% year-over-year expansion in online casino markets, with an Average Revenue per Monthly Active User (ARPMAU) of $320. Meanwhile, Latin American MAUs grew to approximately 653,000 with an ARPMAU of $55. Furthermore, adjusted sales and marketing expenses stood at $48.6 million, accounting for 12.3% of total revenue.
Financial Guidance Update
Reflecting confidence in underlying business strength and disciplined market execution, RSI raised its full-year 2026 outlook:
- Revenue: Projected to be between $1,560 million and $1,600 million, reflecting year-over-year growth of 38% to 41%.
- Adjusted EBITDA: Projected to be between $245 million and $265 million, representing year-over-year growth of 59% to 72%.
This updated guidance assumes operations continue within currently live jurisdictions under comparable tax frameworks, including Colombia’s temporary emergency 16% tax decree.
