PhilWeb Corp. is preparing to introduce digital casino games to Philippine gaming operators through an exclusive partnership with global provider MegaWin.
Integrating MegaWin software across resort platforms
Targeting a rollout in the fourth quarter of 2026, the offering is designed for major casino resorts and domestic platforms, building upon PhilWeb’s recent strategic investment agreements.
The partnership enables PhilWeb to supply local operators with MegaWin’s digital slot portfolio, enhancing the gaming content available across its extensive domestic network. MegaWin’s technology is engineered to interface directly with the backend systems of gaming partners, feeding into the expanding online operations of luxury properties such as Okada Manila, Newport World Resorts, and NUSTAR. While JKS acted as the domestic platform operator that secured the international provider, PhilWeb serves as the primary conduit bringing these products to Philippine operators.
PhilWeb Chair Lance Y. Gokongwei described the MegaWin agreement as a significant step in the company’s long-term strategy to expand its technology-enabled gaming services. Gokongwei noted that incorporating an international provider through JKS grants licensed operators access to a diversified selection of offerings spanning integrated resorts and digital platforms. This expansion occurs amid heightened competition in the Philippine digital gaming sector, where PhilWeb competes against market leader DigiPlus Interactive and the revamped FunaloMax platform associated with Enrique Razon Jr.
