Eeze, the next-generation casino content supplier, has announced a major executive reshuffle designed to scale its global operations.
The leadership update focuses on three critical business areas: people strategy, legal compliance, and financial oversight.
A New Focus on “People Function”
Highlighting the move is the appointment of Aarti Carl as Chief People Officer. In a strategic shift, Eeze has repositioned its traditional HR department into a “People Function.” This new division is tasked with driving company culture and organizational development. Carl’s mandate is to lead an inclusive workplace strategy that supports the developer’s next phase of aggressive international expansion.
Reinforcing Legal and Financial Pillars
To navigate increasingly complex global regulations, Kurt Vella has been appointed Chief Legal Officer. Vella will oversee the group’s global compliance framework, ensuring that Eeze’s content remains aligned with multi-jurisdictional standards. Additionally, Shaun Cini has been promoted to Vice President of Finance, where he will provide the fiscal data necessary for strategic decision-making.
Lai Fatt Chiang, Chief Executive Officer at Eeze, expressed his confidence in the new team:
“These appointments reflect both the strength of our internal talent and our commitment to building a leadership team that can support our continued growth. Aarti, Kurt, and Shaun have each made a significant impact on the business, and I am confident they will continue to play a key role in shaping our future.”
With this executive team in place, Eeze is well-positioned to maintain its momentum as a primary supplier in the B2B casino supply space.
