Bally’s Intralot has won a competitive bidding process to become the primary technology partner for Chile’s state lottery, Polla Chilena de Beneficencia.
The 12-year agreement marks a comprehensive overhaul of the nation’s lottery and sports betting infrastructure through a unified omnichannel approach.
The LotosX Omni Ecosystem
The cornerstone of this partnership is the migration of all existing services onto the LotosX Omni platform. This transition is designed to provide a seamless experience for users whether they are playing in physical stores or via mobile applications. As part of the upgrade, Bally’s Intralot will deploy approximately 2,500 next-generation lottery terminals equipped with built-in cameras to retail locations across Chile.
Demián Arancibia Zeballos, General Manager of Polla Chilena de Beneficencia, highlighted the importance of the shift:
“This agreement represents a major milestone in our modernization process, allowing us to move forward by taking steps towards technology, user experience, and operational efficiency. We seek to consolidate an offering of gaming and betting services that are modern, safe, and aligned with the expectations of our users, maintaining the social mission of the organization.”
B2B Growth and Efficiency
The deal includes the implementation of the PlayerX account management system and the Orion sports betting solution. For Bally’s Intralot, the expansion solidifies its reputation as a leading supplier for mature lottery markets.
Robeson Reeves, CEO of Bally’s Intralot, added:
“Polla Chilena de Beneficencia is one of the valued partners that our company has worked with for many years. Together with Polla Chilena, we want to ensure the development of a modern, safe, and scalable gaming ecosystem that will provide the operator with sustainable growth opportunities and innovations while conducting the activities responsibly.”
